AI Events uses your email address only if you join the list for the upcoming weekly email or contact us.

What we keep

• Weekly email: email address, language and your consent.
• Contact: email address and the message you send.
• Correct an event: the event’s internal address, selected issue type and language. The form does not ask for a name or email address.
• Submit an event: organiser name and email, event name, official URL, registration URL and review confirmations.

Why

We use this information to contact you when the weekly email begins, reply to you or review an event proposal. We do not sell it or use it for event registration or ticket sales.

If you choose Allow analytics in the small prompt on the site, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and events work. Analytics starts only after your choice and never includes form contents, email addresses or registrations. You can change your choice here at any time.
